B enmore Construction (Pty) Ltd recently completed a full residential house build in Centurion, Gauteng. The project was a double-storey family home of approximately 320 square metres, delivered from planning and excavation through to final finishes. Our team took full ownership of the scope, managing every phase to keep the build on schedule and within budget.

The scope of works included building construction with reinforced foundations, masonry and roofing, as well as plastering throughout, drywall partitioning for the internal layout and suspended ceilings in the main living areas and bedrooms. We also handled the complete interior and exterior painting, tiling in the bathrooms and kitchen, and the full electrical installation and repair, carried out by our registered electricians in line with South African regulations.
